Privacy Policy
Who we are
Indigo Organizing (Amanda Jefferson LLC, DBA Indigo Organizing) is based in West Chester, PA. We make digital tools — like the Interactive Day Planner — to help women entrepreneurs get their digital lives under control.

What we collect
We collect only what's needed to make the tool work:
Your email address and password — used to create and authenticate your account via Firebase Auth (Google). We never see your password in plain text.
Your planner data — tasks, subtasks, notes, categories, time estimates, and any other content you add. This is stored in Firestore (Google's cloud database) so it syncs across all your devices.
Basic usage data — last login date, which Firebase records automatically as part of running authentication.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or payment information. Payments are handled entirely by SamCart.
How we use your data
Your data is used for one thing: making the planner work for you. Your email and password let you log in from any device. Your planner data syncs to the cloud so it's available wherever you are. Nothing is used for advertising, marketing, or behavioral analytics.
Who can see your data
The short version: your tasks are yours. We don't read them, sell them, or share them with anyone.
Your tasks are private to you. We do not view, access, or share your personal data for any reason other than resolving a technical issue you've asked us to help with.
In practice, your planner data is never viewed, accessed, or used by Indigo Organizing unless you specifically ask for help with a technical problem and give permission to look.
No one else has access. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
Third-party services we use
Firebase Authentication — handles your login. Google's privacy policy applies.
Cloud Firestore — stores your planner data, encrypted at rest and in transit on Google's infrastructure. Google's privacy policy applies.
SamCart — processes payments. We never see or store your card information. SamCart's privacy policy applies.
How your data is protected
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest on Google's infrastructure. Your Firestore data is protected by security rules so only you — when signed into your account — can read or write your own planner data. Other users cannot access your account.
Your rights
Export your data — email us and we'll pull your data and send it to you.
Delete your account — email us and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
Update your email — contact us and we'll help you update your login.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR — including the right to access, correct, restrict, or port your data. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Your data stays in Firebase for as long as you have an active account. If you request deletion, we'll remove it within 30 days.
Children's privacy
This tool is designed for adult business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, send a heads-up to your registered email. Continued use of the planner after changes take effect means you've accepted the updated policy.

Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact hello@indigoorganizing.com within 7 days so we can help you resolve it.

Intellectual Property
What belongs to Indigo Organizing
The Interactive Day Planner — including its design, code, structure, features, and all written content — is the original work of Amanda Jefferson LLC and is protected by copyright. All rights are reserved.
Purchasing access to this tool grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
What you may not do
Share your login credentials with others
Copy, reverse-engineer, or recreate the tool or any part of it
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the tool
Use the tool or its underlying code for commercial purposes without written permission
Remove or obscure any copyright notices or branding
What belongs to you
Your content is yours. The tasks, notes, and data you add to the planner remain your property. Indigo Organizing claims no ownership over anything you create or store inside the tool.
Reporting concerns
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, or if you have questions about permitted use, please reach out directly.
